TIMD Gun Works offers in house Cerakote applications to most firearms. This service is for a single AR-15, or close variant, for a single color Cerakote application. Items to be coated on the firearm that are included in this price are the upper and lower receiver and the handguard. Cerakote service includes de-greasing, aluminum oxide sand blast to etch surface and the H series Cerakote product. Make sure to include all components in a single package when shipping to TIMD Gun Works and include a slip of paper with contact info, order number, desired color and scope of work. We get a lot of incoming packages so good documentation is critical for us and for fast turn around times.
Additional parts that need to be Cerakoted will be $30 each.
Breakdown and reassembly will be billed in addition to the Cerakote prices if required and range from $50-$100. No additional charge will be billed to new, disassembled components.
We do our best to stock a wide variety of colors but if a color is requested that requires a special purchase for us a $50 charge will be added.
